Product Review (submitted on 12 August 2016):
I bought this scope to take on camping trips as my other scopes are much larger and space is limited.
I have used it every night since whenever the opportunity arises. The C9.25 doesn't get a look in!

I checked the collimation with a laser before looking through it, and found it to be pretty much correct, so I started with the 25mm eyepiece supplied. WOW! The view was full of stars that were all pinpoints of light with the exeption of those at the very edge of the field of view. The 10mm eyepiece is slightly trickier to use especially if you wear glasses as the eye relief is very small, however it still gives a reasonable view.
So far I have observed The Moon, Saturn, m27, m57, m15, m2, m13, m92, m29, m39, m31, m32, m110, m52, m45, ngc457, ngc869-884, and ngc 7331.
Ngc 7331 is a galaxy 49 million light years away and could be seen easily. The pleiades or m45 looked brilliant and all of the stars were visible with the 25mm eyepiece.
The only downside to the scope is the focuser, which is a helical design and is rotated to focus the scope. There is some play in the threads but by wrapping a piece of ptfe plumbing tape around the threads it improves it considerably.
If you are looking for a great, portable scope that can be set up and used quickly then look no further.
