|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
You can select from the payment options to call us with your card details if you prefer. We accept Visa, Switch, Maestro, Mastercard and PayPal.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling In stock orders are shipped the same working day if we receive the order before 3PM. You will be notified at the time of order by email (online orders) or by telephone (mail orders) if your item is backordered. Goods under a value of £70 are sent via Royal Mail, goods over this value or those too large for ordinary mail are shipped via insured courier. Goods sent via courier require a signature or are carded for the customer to arrange collection from the closest depot or re delivery. All delivery times are subject to change but every effort is made to deliver as specified. Please note: Courier deliveries outside the UK mainland are chargeable, we will contact you and quote prior to processing your order.|
|Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1 business day . In the case of smaller post items please allow 5 working days for delivery. Please note: We do not export.|
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will cancel the order and refund your payment. You will always be emailed with the option to backorder the item if you are happy to wait. Backordered goods remain uncharged until in stock.|
|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20.0% VAT is included.|
CHANNEL ISLANDS - We do not refund VAT on the first £100 of any order placed. The purchase price is increased by the VAT to cover the extra costs involved in shipping out of the UK. After £100 we will refund on request.
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. We do not have access to your card details as they remain encrypted throughout the entire transaction process. They are not held or recorded by us even after taking a telephone order confirmation.|
|Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. If you wish to return goods please contact us within the 7 days to obtain a returns number. All return carriage charges are the responsibility of the customer with unwanted purchases.|
Binoculars are covered for manufacturing faults for the entire warranty period, collimation issues resulting from impacts cannot be covered and therefore it is strongly recommended that they are checked for this by the customer within seven days of receiving the goods. After the seven day period we are unable to replace or refund binoculars for collimation issues.

|Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm|
Broadhurst Clarkson & Fuller Ltd, (trading as Telescope House and Buzz Optics) are happy to offer an exchange or accept return of goods when written notification is received by us, up to 7 working days from the date you receive the item. We request that you contact us as at the earliest possible opportunity to obtain return authorisation, in the form of a return goods number "RGN", as this helps to avoid delays in processing refunds.
The right to cancel telephone, mail or web orders is a fundamental part of the UK distance selling legislation however it is the customers responsibility to take all reasonable care of the unwanted product whilst it is in their possession. It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is returned to us, well packed and in its complete and original undamaged packaging.
In the event that an item or its packaging is in unsalable or otherwise (intentionally or unintentionally) modified by a customer we reserve the right to deduct from any refund paid, an amount equal to the cost of returning said item or packaging to saleable condition. In the event of dispute, we further reserve the right to seek full compensation for all legal and any reasonable administration costs.
Broadhurst Clarkson & Fuller Ltd are not liable for any refund of costs for return postage in the case of unwanted or exchange item being returned and will not accept any request for exchange or refund we receive after the 7 working days period has elapsed.
Return of Faulty Goods -
If you believe the goods to be faulty please contact us immediately as many problems can be easily resolved. As already mentioned, you are required to contact us prior to returning any faulty goods to obtain a returns number. If the goods are faulty you can return the goods for refund or replacement. Faulty goods are inspected by our staff prior to authorisation of any refunds or exchanges of goods.
